The Lysto's Tester Code of Conduct

At Lysto, we believe great games come from thoughtful feedback. As a member of our testing community, you play a crucial role in shaping mobile gaming experiences. Here's our comprehensive Code of Conduct to ensure successful testing sessions.

In this guide, you'll find:

• General testing requirements: Essential guidelines to ensure your playtests are valid and valuable

General Testing Requirements:

• Your physical location must match the country listed in your profile, and never use VPNs or emulators during testing as these will invalidate your submissions

• Choose a quiet testing environment free from distractions, including family members or roommates

• Maintain consistency between your profile information and survey responses

• Communicate clearly in English throughout the test, including keeping your device language set to English (unless otherwise specified)

• Complete all required tasks without skipping any steps

• Only make in-game purchases when specifically requested by Lysto


 Note : Natural reactions while gaming are welcome, but if a recording includes any excessive cursing or derogatory comments directed at developers, we will not use the recording, and the tester will not be rewarded

Interview Preparation and Conduct:

• Prepare your Lysto app well before your scheduled slot - test your camera, microphone, and internet connection

• Arrive at your scheduled interview time promptly and ready to participate

• Notify us immediately if you need to cancel so we can offer the slot to waiting testers/

• Take part in the interview to the best of your ability, showing respect for the developer and being mindful of what your camera displays

Confidentiality and Security:

• Maintain strict confidentiality about game details as per your NDA

• Never capture screenshots or recordings unless specifically requested for issue reporting

• Keep access to your registered email account - it's essential for identity verification and account recovery

• Maintain only one account with Lysto

• Never share sensitive information during tests, including bank details, UPI IDs, credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, or any other payment information

Technical Support:

If you encounter technical issues:

• Write to our support team immediately at support@lysto.io 

• Report any obstacles preventing task completion

• Wait for our instructions before changing settings or attempting fixes

• Review test instructions for information about known issues

Important Note: Failing to follow these guidelines may result in denied payments and/or removal from our testing panel. By accepting a playtest or interview slot, you agree to comply with all these requirements.
