Before joining our playtesting community, you'll need to complete a qualification test that helps us understand your feedback style and technical setup. Here's everything you need to know to get started successfully.
About Your Qualification Test:
This initial test helps us evaluate your ability to provide valuable game feedback
We'll assess both your commentary style and device compatibility
While this qualification test is unpaid, it opens the door to paid playtesting opportunities
Technical Requirements:
Complete the test using an Android mobile device
Enable both screen and audio recording capabilities
Maintain a stable internet connection for automatic upload
Keep your device language set to English
Please refer to 'What devices can I Playtest on?' to increase your odds of a successful playtest
Getting Started:
Look for our email with the subject "Welcome to the Lysto family"
Follow the instructions to set up your testing environment
You'll need to manually enable recording and other permissions to proceed with the playtest
Testing Guidelines:
Maintain continuous English commentary throughout your gameplay
Describe your experience clearly, including both positive and negative aspects
Complete all required tasks within the test
Turn off notifications to avoid recording interruptions
Recording Instructions:
The Lysto app records both your screen content and audio commentary
You control when to end the recording - there's no automatic cut-off
Your recording uploads automatically with a stable internet connection
Remember to end the recording manually when you've completed all tasks
Important Note: Quality commentary is essential - show us your ability to provide clear, thoughtful feedback about your gaming experience.
